我国国家公园建设现状及发展理念探析

国家公园作为一种兼顾保护和发展的新型保护地模式,其建设对于推进生态文明建设、实现"美丽中国"具有重要的战略意义。文中在剖析国外相关概念及国家公园内涵的基础上,对比分析了我国部分自然保护地体系之间的联系与区别,概述我国国家公园的建设进程及发展现状;基于国内外相关管理经验,提出我国国家公园建设应秉承"创新、协调、绿色、共享、开放"五大发展理念,并指出在五大理念指导下的具体实践路径,从而完善我国自然保护地体系、推进生态文明建设,为国家公园体制建设提供理论参考。

Discussions on Construction Status and Development Concept of National Parks in China

National park is a new pattern for protected site that puts focus on both protection and development, and its construction is of great strategic significance to promote the ecological civilization development and build a "beautiful China". Base on in-depth analysis on overseas concept and connotation of national park, the paper introduced the relationship and difference between some natural reserve system, and described the construction progress and development status of national parks in China. Then by referencing the management experiences at home and abroad, this paper proposed that national parks should be developed around the concepts of innovation, coordination, greenness, sharing, and opening, and came up with some concrete practical paths, in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization by improving the nature protected site system, and provide the theoretical basis for national park system development.
