| 摘 要： | 在分析RL电路过渡过程的基础上，提出了以一次函数电流源作为特定激励源，完全避开了时间常数的概念，通过分析，若在RL电路两端施加的电压u（t）是一次函数，则该一次函数的斜率就是电阻尺，截距就是电感L。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the transition process in RL circuit,this paper proposes that a linear function be used as the exciting source without consideration of the time constant.When the electric voltage,u(t),applied to both ends of the RL circuit is a linear function,the slope of the function should be electric resistance R and its intercept should be inductance L. |
