| 摘 要： | 在论述我国"三北"地区林木生物质能源资源总量和类型的基础上,分析了该地区林木生物质能源的利用现状和潜力,探讨和研究了今后发展林木生物质能源的潜力和面临的问题,提出了促进"三北"地区林木生物质能源原料林基地建设与产业发展相结合的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on researches of the types and quantity of wood biomass energy in "Three North regions",the resource and use status of wood biomass energy are analyzed,and its potentiality and industrialization development are studied.Finally,some policies for promoting integration of material forest base construction and industrialization of wood biomass energy in those regions are put forward. |
