摘    要:水貂心作为名贵中药是生产利心丸的主要原料,水貂心的真伪决定利心丸的真实及可靠疗效。建立快速鉴别水貂心脏真伪的方法,为原料控制、保证药品质量提供可靠的实验数据和依据。本试验采用近红外光谱法,对水貂、家鸡、山鸡、野鸭等动物心脏进行聚类分析,建立鉴别聚类分析模型,对水貂、家鸡、山鸡、野鸭等动物心脏进行正确鉴别。结果表明,聚类分析结果良好,所建立的鉴别分析模型能对水貂、家鸡、山鸡、野鸭等动物心脏进行正确鉴别。利用近红外光谱鉴定水貂、家鸡、山鸡、野鸭等动物心脏是可行的。

Abstract:Because mink hearts are the main material for manufacturing Lixin Pills,identification of mink heart is very import for guaranty the effectiveness of the pill.To establish a method of mink heart rapid identification will provide credible experimental data and basis for material control and medical quality.The experiment performed cluster analysis on mink hearts,domestic chicken,pheasant,mallard and established identification cluster analysis model.It turned out the model can work effectively on identification of mink,domestic chicken,pheasant,mallard hearts.The conclusion is to identify hearts of mink,domestic chicken,pheasant,mallard by using near-infrared(NIR)diffuse reflectance spectroscopy is feasible.
