摘    要:为解决有限土地资源与装车场业务发展需要二者矛盾,以优化和完善装车道位的使用流程、进一步提高道位使用率为目标,分析道位装车限制因素,采取更有效、合理的调度方式保证装车任务按时完成,提出基于"看板"为辅助设施的道位装车模式,构建矩阵装车模型,应用RFID射频识别技术采集商品车及轿运车信息作现场信息回馈,建立作业准确高效、信息化覆盖的装车方案。结果表明:优化后的装车方案,装车作业更透明化,效率高,可采用预调度模式,在补车环节上节省了时间。

Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction between limited land resources and the business development of loading field and op- timize and improve the using process of loading path to further improve the channel utilization rate, the paper analyzed the loading con- straints and proposed the way of loading mode based on "Kanban" as auxiliary facilities to more effectively and reasonably complete the loading tasks on time. A matrix loading model was constructed, and site feedback information on commodity cars and carrier cars was obtained by application of RFID, thus the loading scheme which can work accurately and efficiently and cover information was estab- lished. The results showed that the optimized loading scheme can ensure the loading operations more transparent and high efficiency, and save time in loading link by using the scheduling model.
