Problems and Countermeasures of the Pinan Cattle Industry Development in Xinye County

In this paper, the development history of Pian cattle in Xinye county since last century had been reviewed. Then, the development situation of Pinan cattle in Xinye county was also described. Finally, some problems, such as farm land, animal disease prevention and control, product quality safety and environment pollution, the limitation of fund, the lack of supportive policy had been presented, as well as the countermeasures had been put up in details.
