摘 要: | 以无病虫害2年生葛萝槭母树上的1年生硬枝为材料,采用不同生根剂对葛萝槭插穗进行处理,清水为对照,研究不同生根剂处理的葛萝槭插穗中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的动态变化,并对不同处理插穗酶活性进行综合评价。结果表明,处理1在7月份酶活性均高于其它处理,为最佳生根剂配方;不同处理葛萝槭扦插苗酶活性的综合能力排序为:CK〉处理1〉处理2〉处理3.

Abstract: | One year hardwood of healthy 2 year-old Acer grosseri Pax was chosen to be the material and be dealt with differ- ent rooting agents to study the activities of SOD, POD, PPO of Acer grosseri Pax cutting seedlings which could grow in natu- ral high temperature. The resuhs showed that the treatment 1 had the best hot stress and the activity of protection enzyme ranked as CK, treatment 1, treatment 2, treatment 3. |
