| 摘 要： | 党的“十六大”第一次提出了三化概念：工业化、信息化、现代化，而农村信息化是解决“三农”问题的有效途径之一，我们应当抓紧时机，将农村信息化建设工作做好。本文简述了农村信息化的基本概念、农村信息化建设过程中的一些基本问题以及基本应对方法。

| Abstract: | Three Concepts-Industrialization,Informatization and Modernization were put forward the first time when the 16th China Communist Party Convention was held.As one of the effective ways of solving the Farming Countryside and Peasantry Issue,the construction of Rural Informatization should be the centre of our targets,and we should seize the opportunities.The article introduces the basic concept of Rural Informatization,some problems during the process of construction of Rural Informatization,and some ways to untangle the problems. |
