中外农产品冷链物流体系比较

近年来,中国农产品产量逐年增长。伴随肉制品、果蔬类等农产品的市场需求日益增加,以及居民对生鲜食品的高质需求,农产品冷链物流体系的建设显得尤为迫切。国外如美国、加拿大、日本等发达国家的农产品冷链物流体系已经趋于成熟。在梳理其先进经验的基础上,研究从软硬件整体供给水平、冷链物流市场化程度和政策环境三方面,对国内外农产品冷链物流体系进行对比,找出中国农产品冷链物流体系建设中存在的不足,并针对如何推进中国农产品冷链物流发展提出对策。

Comparative study on domestic and abroad cold chain logistics system for agricultural products

The yield of agricultural products in China has been increasing in recent years.With the growing market requirements of meat,fruits,vegetables and other agricultural products,as well as the increasing residential demands for the high-quality fresh food,the construction and perfection of cold chain logistics system for agricultural products are in dire need in China.As the cold chain logistics system for agricultural products has been becoming matured in developed countries such as the United States,Canada and Japan,etc.,the domestic development was compared with abroad experiences from aspects of overall hardware and software supply level,marketization degree of cold chain logistics and policy environment.Through comparison,the deficiencies of China's cold chain logistics system for agricultural products were pointed out,and thereafter the relative countermeasures were put forward to improve the logistics system for agricultural products in China.
