饲粮添加硒化壳聚糖对蛋用种公鸡血液指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硒化壳聚糖对蛋用种公鸡血液指标的影响。选取196只150日龄海兰褐蛋用种公鸡,随机分为7个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复7只。将硒化壳聚糖(SC)和亚硒酸钠(SS)2种硒源分别以3个硒水平(0.4,0.8和1.2mg/kg)添加到基础饲粮中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,进行为期35d的饲养试验。结果表明:①试验组SC(0.8)的白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶和葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组SC(0.8)的甘油三酯含量显著低于对照组和试验组SS(0.4)、SS(1.2)(P<0.05)。②试验组SC(0.4)的生长激素和试验组SC(0.8)的类胰岛素生长因子-1含量显著高于对照组;各试验组的促肾上腺皮质激素含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。③试验组SC(0.8)的免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、T淋巴细胞转化率和试验组SC(0.4)的白介素-2含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而在总蛋白质、胆固醇、皮质酮和免疫球蛋白M含量上与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验表明,硒源及添加水平不同均可影响蛋用种公鸡的血液生化指标及免疫性能,其中有机硒优于无机硒,以硒水平为0.8mg/kg的硒化壳聚糖效果最好。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chitosan-se supplementation on blood biochemical indexes and immune performance of breeder rooster.One hundred and ninety-six 150-day-old healthy Hy-Line Brown breeder rooster.were randornly selected and divided into seven groups with four replicates in each group and seven roosters in each replicate.Three levels of selenium from different sources(chitosan-se,SC and sodium selenite,SS)were added into the basal diet at 0.4,0.8 and1.2 mg/kg(by selenium content)respectively,but no extra selenium was added to the diet in the control group.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed as following:① the albumin,alkaline phosphates and glucose content of Group SC(0.8) was significantly higher than that in the control one(P<0.05);the triglyceride content of Group SC(0.8) was significantly lower than that of the other ones(P<0.05).②The growth hormone content of Group SC(0.4) and the insulin-like growth factor-I level of Group SC(0.8) were all significantly higher than that in the control one(P<0.05);the adrenocorticotrophic hormone content in all other groups were significantly lower than that in the control one(P<0.05).③The immunoglobulinA,immunoglobulinG,T lymphocyte conversion rate of Group SC(0.8) and interleukin-2 content of Group SC(0.4) were significantly higher than that in the control one(P<0.05);but there were no significant differences of total protein,cholesterol,corticosterone and immunoglobulinM content among them(P>0.05).Collectively,it can be concluded that the source of selenium and their different extra levels in diets,will both affect the blood biochemical indexes and immune performance of breeder roosters,among them,the organic selenium is better than that inorganic one,the most efficient added selenium level in their diet was 0.8 mg/kg chitosan-se.
