浅析我国农村信用社管理体制

阐述了农村信用社的现状及管理机构、人员管理机制、民主管理、内控制度等方面存在的问题，认为造成管理体制混乱的原因主要有产权利益主体呈多元化和多层次化、监管控制部门之间不协调、省联社定位不清，并提出坚持合作制，优化股权结构；建立省级的管理机构；加大人员管理机制改革力度，建立激励约束机制；完善法人治理结构，解决民主管理中的问题；强化内控制度等建议。
