摘    要:以草地资源的生物学和生态经济学为主要依据,以草地资源开发活动的一致性、草地资源生产力水平的一致性、生产限制因素与其改造措施的一致性为主要衡量标准,首次建立了以草地资源生产适宜类、适宜程度(或等级)和限制型为三级的草地资源生产适宜性评价系统。并在此基础上,运用判别分析法和模糊综合评判法,建立数学模型,并以WINDOWS为操作平台,以AC-CESS为系统开发工具和语言,建立了具有良好的操作界面、分明的层次结构和集草地资源属性管理和生产适宜性评价于一体的计算机辅助评价模式软件,实现了草地资源生产适宜性评价,是行之有效的定量化、模型化、初步程序化评价技术体系。

Abstract:On the basis of the biology and ecological economy of grassland resources, the emphasis was put on the consistence of management and development, the level of productivity, the factors of restriction and the means of improvement of grassland resources, and used them as the concrete measure standard, the assessment system of grassland resource suitability based on the 3 classes-the suitable classes, the suitable degrees and the types of restriction, was established in this paper. Based on the assessment system of grassland resource suitability, the emphasis was laid on the utilization characteristics and economical values of grassland resources. The Definition Analysis Method and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method were adopted to establish the mathematical model for assessing the suitable classes, the suitable degrees and the types of restriction. At the same time, using WINDOWS as the operating platform, and ACCESS as the tool and language of exploiting system, we developed the software system of the comprehensive evaluation for grassland resources. This system combines the attribute management and synthetic assessment of grassland resources. This will preliminarily accomplish the programmed evaluation of grassland resource suitability. All these results showed that these are the effective methods of quantitative and modeling assessment.
