苯并噻二唑(BTH)诱导黄瓜抗蔓枯病的研究

摘    要:研究结果表明:苯并噻二唑能有效诱导黄瓜产生系统获得抗性(SAR),对黄瓜蔓枯病菌有很好的抑制作用。在抗病黄瓜植株叶片内存在较高水平的几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶。在确定黄瓜SAR的检测中,喷施100mg/kg的BTH溶液的诱导抗病效果最好。

Abstract:The results show that Benzothiadiazol(BTH) can lead cucumber to produce systemic acquired resistance(SAR) effectively,which has very good repressive function on Mycosphaerella melonis in cucumber.There are more high level of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase in the leaves of disease-resistant cucumber.In the determination of confirming cucumber with SAR,100mg/kg BTH solution has the best inducing effect.
