稀土对大豆幼株生长与某些生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:利用水培方法研究了稀土对大豆幼标生长和某些生理生化特性的影响,结果表明,适宜浓度的稀土溶液(5和10mg/L)能够促进大豆幼苗的生长,增加株高,扩大叶面积,刺激根系发育,有利于干物质只累,同时,稀土还能提高大豆幼株的光合性能,提高硝酸还原酶的活性,增加可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量,较高浓度的稀土溶液(500mg/L以上)严重抑制大豆植株的生长,甚至引起死亡。

Abstract:The culture experimental results shwed that optimum concentration of rare earth (5 and 10 mg/L) can promote the growth of soybean young plants, increase plant length and leaf area and stimulate the development of root system and accumulation of dry matter. Besides, rare earth can improve photosynthetic characteristic of soybean young plants, increase nitrate reductase activity, soluble protein and sugar content. Rare earth solution of higher concentration (500 mg/L) can inhibit growth of soybean young plants signicantly, and even result its death.
