摘    要: 水土流失是三川河流域生态环境恶化与退化的主要形式,是制约该流域经济发展的重要因素。基于该流域水土流失现状、成因及其危害,根据恢复生态学原理 ,提出了生态恢复与重建的基本对策。

Abstract:Soil erosion is the main form of ecological environment deterioration in Sanchuanhe watershed, and it is the key factor restricting economy from developing of the watershed. Based on actuality, cause and harm of soil erosion and water loss in Sanchuanhe watershed, the basic countermeasures of ecological restoration and reconstruction are put forward according to principle of restoration ecology.
