| 摘 要： | 使用人工半合成饲料饲养斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera Litura),经过不断改良(蒲蛰龙等,1982;庞义等,1986),目前所采用的配方(庞义等,1986)饲养幼虫,其存活率、化蛹率及成虫羽化率等指标与天然饲料蓖麻叶饲养的幼虫相近,其饲养效果和成本,明显优于同类人工半合成饲料(蒲天胜、黄连江,1980;卢文华等,1986;Moore,I.and Navon,A.,1964;Okada,M.,1977)。试验表明,其适用于饲养斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒杀虫剂使用(庞义等,1986)。

| Abstract: | It was reported that the preliminary analysis in biochemical components of two natural diets and an artificial diet which were been successfully used to rear the cotton leafworm, Spodoptera litura F. The biochemical components were water, sugar, lipid, protein, amino acids, mineral components and so on. The results showed that there were definite different in the biochemical components of three diets, beside the mineral components. |
