苜蓿水分利用效率及其提高措施的初步研究

摘    要:通过对苜蓿Medicagosativa的产量水平、群体水平和叶片水平3个层次水分利用效率的研究,得出苜蓿的草产量水平平均水分利用效率为2.65 kg/m3,籽产量水平为0.027 kg/m3;各个处理的群体水分利用效率均在开花期前较高,随后则较小;叶片的水分利用效率和气孔阻抗呈二次关系曲线,而气孔阻抗随土壤含水量增大而减小。因此通过控制土壤含水量来调节气孔阻抗是提高苜蓿水分利用效率的可行措施之一。

Abstract:Water use efficiency(WUE) was studied at alfalfa yield,population and leaf levels in this paper.Average WUE at hay and seed yield level was 2.65 kg/m3 and 0.027 kg/m3,respectively.Water use efficiency at population level was higher before anthesis than after.Leaf had a parabola relations curve between WUE and pore impedance,the latter decreased with the increasing soil moisture content.Therefore,it is a feasible way to adjust pore impedance by controlling soil moisture content in alfalfa.
