电火花对作物种子的生物学作用

摘    要:用峰值约15kV的低频脉冲电压引发金属丝电极与种子胚尖之间的空气火花放电,对作物种子具有生物学效应。经对水稻、小麦、黄瓜种子的初步研究发现,改变处理条件,可促进或抑制种子发芽,以致使种子半致死或致死。品种和粒形不同的水稻种子,对电火花的敏感程度有差异,圆粒形比长粒形种子更敏感。当浸种时间增加时,处理的水稻种子存活率下降,但下降规律并非线性,用频率30Hz的电火花处理水稻种子1秒钟,种子的发芽率在浸种45小时处显著突起。

Abstract:The crop seeds are caused the biological effect by spark-discharge which induced by low frequency pulse with 15 kV peak value between metal wire electrode and the embryo-tip of the seeds. From the preliminary examination of the seeds of paddy, wheat and cucumber it is discovered that changing the handling condition can promote or check the germination of the seeds, some severe conditions make the seeds semi-lethal or lethal. The sensitiveness is obviously different in different kind of seeds. To the seed of paddy, the difference in the shape and variety causes difference in the sensitiveness, and the circular seeds are more sensitive than the thin-long ones. The germination percent descreases when the soaking time increases, but the relation is not in linear form. When the condition is 30Hz in frequency and 1 second in action time, the germination percent rises remarkably high when the soaking time is at the 45th hour.
