| 摘 要： | 通过对健康、无病的马尾松人工接种松材线虫以及在伐倒健康、无病的马尾松上进行松褐天牛蛀食性试验,结果表明:主干接种松材线虫的马尾松染病率为20%,死亡率为10%,树枝接种松材线虫的马尾松染病率为10%,无死亡情况。另外,松褐天牛蛀食性试验的伐倒木上,每只雌性松褐天牛繁殖的平均幼虫数为12.3头,皮下组织被取食破坏率平均达25.6%。

| Abstract: | Through artificial inoculation of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus on the disease-free and the eats experiments of Monochamus alternatus Hope on disease-free and felled timber of Pinus massoniana Lamb,the results showed that the infection rate of the trunk wood nematode inoculation was 20%,and the mortality rate was 10%,the infection rate of the branchs nematode inoculation was 10%,and no deaths.In addition,by the felled wood of the eats experiments of Monochamus alternatus Hope,it found that the average number of larvae each female ones breeded was 12.3,and the subcutaneous tissue damaged by feeding was on the average rate of 25.6%. |
