| 摘 要： | 人工造林的历史久远，在当前的西部大开发中，又以植被恢复，生态环境建设为切入点，人工造林尤为重要。文章对人工造林的理论及技术研究进展进行了综述，指出人工造林与林业在21世纪初面临的任务和发展现状，对人工造林面对的生态问题，可持续经营，生态林业等做出评判。

| Abstract: | Artificial afforestation had a very important role in current western great exploiting. In this paper, artificial afforestation's theory and technical were reviewed, and its task and state in the 21st century early were pointed out too. Finally, authors' opinions about ecological problems, sustainable management and ecological forestry faced by artificial afforeatation were put forward. |
