| 摘 要： | 对全球和我国森林资源的状况和存在的问题以及黑龙江省国有林区森林资源的现状和具体问题进行了分析和论述。提出我国东北国有林区森林资源可持续发展的关键是对现有林科学合理地经营和管护 ,并具体指出在禁伐区、一般公益林区和商品林区应采取的不同策略。

| Abstract: | Status and problems on forest resource of the whole world and China as well as the actuality and problems on forest resource of national forest region in Heilongjiang province are described. Scientific and rational management and maintenance is the key of sustainable development of forest resource in Northeast national forest region of China. Different strategies should be taken in forbidden cutting area, general commonweal forest area and commercial forest area. |
