摘    要:选取120尾体重为(5.0±0.058)g鲤(Cyprinus carpio)鱼种,观察鲤亚硝酸盐氮中毒后的症状和死亡情况,测定各浓度组中毒鲤的红细胞数量(RBC)和血红蛋白(Hb)含量,并对中毒死亡鲤进行组织病理学研究。结果显示:亚硝酸盐氮(NO2-N)对鲤48、96 h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为12.6895 mg/L和9.3111 mg/L;安全浓度为0.8308 mg/L。亚硝态氮的浓度和血细胞数量呈负相关性,而与血红蛋白的含量不相关。高浓度的亚硝酸盐使得试验鱼的鳃和肝胰脏组织产生异常变化,出现血管扩张,充血或淤血以及细胞变性等一系列的组织病理学变化;而低浓度组的组织发生的变化不明显。

Abstract:The influence of different concentrations of nitrite on the Cyprinus carpio was studied from hematology and histopathology.Poisoning symptoms and death of 120 individuals of C.carpio(5.0±0.058 g) were observed,the number of red cell(RBC) and contents of hemoglobin(Hb) level were determined,gill and liver of the dead individual were analyzed in histopathology.The results indicated that the half lethal concentration(LC50) values of 48 hand 96 h were 12.6895 mg/L and 9.3111 mg/L,respectively.The safe concentration was 0.838 mg/L.There was a negative correlation between concentrations of nitrite and the number of blood cells,while concentrations of nitrite and contents of hemoglobin(Hb) were not correlated.The histopathology showed that high concentrations of nitrite made tissues of gill and liver abnormal,including expansion of vascular,congestive or congestion,cell degeneration and so on,while the effects of low concentration of nitrite were minor.
