| 摘 要： | 对河南省林业生态效益进行了评估,并对各种林业生态效益进行了选择和重新组合,重点计算了涵养水源效益、水土保持效益、净化环境效益、吸收二氧化碳与释放氧气效益、改善小气候和减轻水旱灾害效益等主要森林生态效益。结果表明:河南省林业2006年生态效益总价值为708.298亿元,是同年河南省林业总产值的2倍多。由于林业生态效益的共享性,这一结果充分体现了林业作为公益性行业的特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the research results at home and abroad, the Henan forestry ecological benefits was assessed. According to the actual situation in Henan province, various forestry ecological benefits were selected and regrouped. The benefits of water conservation, soil conservation, environment purification, absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen, improving the microclimate and reducing flood and drought were calculated mainly. The calculation results showed that the total value of Henan forestry ecological benefits was 70.8298 billion yuan. It was more than two times of Henan forestry production value in 2006. As forestry ecological benefits had sharability, the results fully reflected the characteristics of the forestry as a nonprofit industry. |
