摘    要:本试验对湖南境内五个获品种的若干生理指标进行了测定和分析比较,结果表明胖节获和突节获两品种在净光合速率、叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标上具有明显优势.为获的良种选育提供了生理学依据。

Abstract:Net photosynthetic rates, chlorophyll contents, root activities and contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and sugar in shoot of five varieties of Di (Mi scanthus Sacchari-ftorus (Maximi) Benth.et Hook. f. ) have been determined and compared. The results shaw that Pong Je Di and To Je Di were superior significantly over the rest varieties in the physiological indexes mentioned above. In addition, they utilize nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium more efficintly, and contain soluble sugar less than did the rest during growing season. These characterastics favor biological mass increase, and may be used as physiological indexes for selecting good varietics of Di. The experiment shaw that the content of sugar in rhizoma during winter is important in sprouting and growth of Di seedlings in spring.
