荔枝保鲜研究进展

摘    要:荔枝是原产于我国华南亚热带的水果。由于荔枝的收获时间短且耐贮性差,这对荔枝的大规模商业化生产、运输与发展是不利的。文中主要对荔枝的特性、生产及保鲜的现状进行介绍,并通过分的总结提供了荔枝保鲜的发展方向。

Abstract:Litchi is a kind of semi tropic fruits which originally comes from south China. The harvest period of litchi is short and it is very difficult to keep the quality of litchi under normal condition. All these factors will block the big scale commercial production,transportation and development of lichi. This paper is mainly concerned about the characters,production and fresh keeping status of lichi. The fresh keeping development orientation was proposed after analysis and summarization.
