Mtx1和Cry4Ba毒蛋白基因工程研究进展

摘    要:球形芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sphaericuss,Bs)Mtx1和苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列亚种(Bacillus thuringiensis israelens,Bti)Cry4Ba是主要的杀蚊毒蛋白。通过对Mtx1毒蛋白杀蚊的作用机理,Cry4Ba毒蛋白的结构与作用机理的介绍,综述Mtx1毒蛋白和Cry4Ba毒蛋白基因工程研究进展,并对Mtx1毒蛋白和Cry4Ba毒蛋白的未来研究进行了思考。

Abstract:The mosquitocidal toxin of Mtx from Bacillus sphaericus and the Cry4Ba from Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis were the important mosquitocidal toxin. The mechanism of the Mtx1 and Cry4Ba and the structure of Cry4Ba were introduced,and the research progress of the genetic engineering was reviewed. The development prospect of the Mtx1 and Cry4Ba toxin was forecasted.
