摘    要:表观遗传修饰在基因表达和克隆胚的早期发育方面有重要作用.本文从DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑和非编码RNA调控方面综述了表观遗传的发生机制及其对转基因和克隆胚早期发育的影响.该文对表观遗传的研究有重要的指导作用.

Abstract:Epigenetic modifications plays an important role in gene expression and the early development of cloned embryo.From four aspects including DNA methylation,histone acetylation,chromatin remodeling and non-coding RNAs,this article discribed the mechanism of epigenetic modifications and its effects on transgene and the early development of cloned embryo.The article has great instructional significants for researching epigenetic modifications.
