水稻耐热性QTL鉴定的研究进展

摘    要:高温是影响水稻产量和品质的主要胁迫因子之一.全球气温升高日趋明显,极端高温天气频繁发生,对水稻安全生产已构成严重威胁.鉴定水稻耐热性相关基因,开展水稻耐热性分子育种是解决水稻耐热性的根本途径.阐述了水稻耐热性QTL鉴定相关研究的进展,探讨了水稻耐热性QTL鉴定中存在的问题.

Abstract:High temperature is one of the main stresses on yield and quality in rice.The global warming and frequent occurrence of extreme high temperature have become a great challenge on rice production.Identification of genes associated with heat tolerance in rice and performing molecular breeding for heat tolerance is the most effective way to address this issue.In this paper,we reviewed the progress on the identification of QTL for heat tolerance in rice and discussed some issues relevant to this topic.
