尿素包合法分离文冠果种仁油中亚油酸的工艺研究

摘    要:文冠果油富含不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸的含量最高。为制取功能油脂亚油酸,采用尿素包合法分离文冠果油中亚油酸。试验考察了尿素用量(尿素/混合脂肪酸MFA)、溶剂用量(尿素/乙醇)、包合温度及时间对分离纯化效果的影响,并采用气相色谱分析检测了样品的纯度。结果表明,尿素包埋法分离亚油酸的最佳工艺条件为:尿素/MFA为1.5∶1,尿素/乙醇为6∶1,包合时间为18 h,包合温度为3℃,得到的粗品经气相色谱检测亚油酸质量分数为92.17%,比原样品提高了53.42%,亚油酸得率为78.39%。

Abstract:Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge oil contents polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA).The highest component is linoleic acid in the oil.The separation technology of linoleic acid from Xanthoceras sorbiflia Bunge oil with urea adduction fractionation method is studied.The influence factors such as urea/fatty acid ratio,ethanol/fatty acid ratio,adduction temperature and time are discussed in this paper.The content of linoleic acid in samples is analyzed using Gas chromatography.The tested results of optimal process conditions indicate that urea/fatty acid ratio is 1.5∶1,ethanol/fatty acid ratio 6∶1,adduction temperature and time are 3 ℃ and 18 h receptively.The purity of a linoleic acid is increased from 38.75 % to 92.17 % and the yield of linoleic acid reach to 78.39%.
