全薯山药粉生产工艺研究

摘    要:以山药为原料进行了全薯山药粉生产工艺研究。通过对全薯山药粉生产中先蒸煮再分离的工艺改进,不仅节约了护色成本,而且护色效果良好;通过对全薯山药粉生产中皮和薯分别粉碎然后再膨化造粒的工艺改进,不仅节约了山药原料成本1 969元/t,而且实现了山药价值的全部利用。

Abstract:Taking Dioscorea opposita as raw material,the production engineering of whole Shu Dioscorea opposita powder is studied.The whole Shu Dioscorea opposita powder is in the capacity steam first to cook again disconnect of the craft betterment, not only economize the production cost of protecting the color,but also protect a color to have very satisfied effect.The whole Shu Dioscorea opposita powder in the middle of the capacity the skin and the Shu crush then Peng are turned the craft betterment of building the shot,not only economize Dioscorea opposita cost of material 1 969 $/t,but also take advantage of Dioscorea opposita worth.
