摘    要:为了充分利用太阳能和空气热能,加快新疆果品产后制干加工的发展,研制了一种太阳能与空气源热泵组合干燥设备,该机利用太阳能和空气热能为热源,可完成果品和蔬菜的干燥加工。介绍了该机的工作原理、主要工作部件结构特点,并进行了无核紫葡萄的干燥试验。

Abstract:A solar air heat dryer with a greenhouse-like collector is developed to use the solar energy fully and speed up the development of Xinjiang fruits drying process.Using solar energy as heat source,auxiliary by conventional air blower,this equipment may complete fruit drying process rather than natural drying,the drying period is shortened and the obtained final product is greatly improved in the quality.This paper introduces the working principles and the design of experimental installation,and shows the results of drying tests.
