我国林业创新人才培养存在的问题与对策

林业在我国经济和社会发展全局中的地位与作用越来越重要。现代林业发展对林业创新人才的培养提出了更高的要求。但我国林业人才培养过程中存在的一些问题制约了创新人才的培养。林业高校应明确林业创新人才的培养目标,优化学科和课程体系,革新教学方法,完善教学管理,培养创新型教师和营造创新文化环境,加强林业创新人才的培养。

Problems and Suggestions for Cultivating Creative Forestry Talents

Forestry is playing an increasingly important role in economic and social development in China. Modern forestry development demands more creative professional talents. The problems existed in the current education system in forestry, such as unclear definition of the creative talents, improper curriculum, crammed teaching and rote learning： all hindering the development of students＇ creativity. Forestry institutions should clarify the goals of creative talents in forestry, optimize the curriculum and introduce diversified teaching and learning methods including seminars and active learning, build creative faculty and develop creative culture.
