摘    要:[目的]研究新疆小花棘豆总黄酮的提取工艺条件.[方法]以小花棘豆总黄酮的含量为指标,以芦丁为对照品,比较超声波协助提取法、热回流提取法和振荡浸提法三种方法,再采用正交设计对影响小花棘豆提取工艺的溶剂浓度、料液比、超声时间三个因素进行优化筛选.[结果]超声波协助提取法的得率最高,提取的最佳工艺条件为100;甲醇,料液比1∶15,超声时间90 min.[结论]超声波协助提取法效果最好,总黄酮得率最高,通过优选得到的工艺简便、稳定可行.

Abstract:[Objective]The purpose of this study was to screen the best extract technology of total flavonoid from Oxytropis glabra DC.[Method]The Oxytropis glabra DC was extracted by ultrasound -assisted extraction,reflux extraction,oscillation extraction,with the content of total flavonoid as indicators and the content of rutin as an index.Then orthogonal experimental design was used to screen out the best extraction, and after that the concentration of ethanol,and the ratio of material over solvent and extracting time was investigated.[Result]The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were that 100%of the methanol extraction,the material is ratio of 1:15 and extraction lasts 90 min.[Conclusion]The consequent of ultrasound - assisted extraction was better than any other methods,the extraction rate of total flavonoid was highest.This optimized extraction process is simple,stable and viable.
