硒、硅、黄腐酸、氯甲基吡啶优化组合提高棉花抗盐性的研究

摘    要:[目的]提高作物在盐分逆境条件下的抗性是减轻盐害与促进盐渍化农田作物生长的有效方法.通过比较硒、硅、黄腐酸、氯甲基吡啶4种抗逆胁迫因子及其组合在盐胁迫下提高棉花抗盐性效果,筛选出能提高棉花抗盐的最优组合.[方法]在网室条件下,采用盆栽试验研究各因子及其组合对盐分胁迫下棉花生物量、SOD、CAT、APX、MDA、脯氨酸等形态学、生理学指标的影响;同时应用灰色系统原理,通过等权、加权2种方法研究棉花的16个生物学指标对不同抗盐因子及其组合的响应.[结果]硒、黄腐酸、硅和氯甲基吡啶4个单项因子对缓解棉花抗盐胁迫作用的排序为硅>黄腐酸>氯甲基吡啶>硒,且它们之间有一定的正交互作用.16个不同抗盐因子组合中se-Fa- Ni的加权关联度最大,是最优组合.[结论]硒、黄腐酸和氯甲基吡啶组合(Se-Fa-Ni)是盐胁迫下提高棉花抗盐性的最优组合.

Abstract:【Objective】Employing plant growth promoting substance to stimulate crop growth and alleviate plant salt stress is one of effective way on improving crop resistant to salt stress and decreasing detrimental effect of salt injury to crop.The purpose of this research was to optimize the combination effectiveness of selenium,silicon,fulvic acid and nitrapyrin on alleviating cotton seedlings salinity stress.【Method】In the present study,pot experiment was carried out in greenhouse condition to compare the effectiveness of salt resistant factors of selenium,silicon,fulvic acid and nitrapyrin on alleviating cotton plant salt injury.The response of cotton plant on 16 different sorts of combination treatments were evaluated based on cotton plant morphological as well as physiological parameters such as enzyme activities of SOD,CAT,APX,and MDA content and proline content.The optimized combination was screened out by means of grey system theory method.【Result】It is observed that the order of cotton resistant to salt stress was as follows: silicon > fulvic acid > nitrapyrin > selenium,and furthermore,there was a very strong interaction between different salt resistance factors.The combination treatment of the Se-Fa-Ni was founded as the optimized treatment for cotton seedling resistant to salt stress.【Conclusion】Based on our research result,a conclusion could be drawn that the combined treatment of selenium,fulvic acids and nitrapyrin combination(Se-Fa-Ni) is the optimized combination for cotton plant resistant to soil salt stress.
