新疆春小麦种质资源农艺性状和品质性状的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:目的]了解不同来源春小麦的遗传基础.方法]对82份春小麦的8个农艺性状和6个品质性状进行测定,并对测定结果进行统计和聚类分析.结果]农艺性状的多样性指数在0.900~0.814,变异系数在11.21; ~30.82;,品质性状的多样性指数在0.709 ~0.878,变异系数在38.06;~8.53;;农艺性状聚类分析在3.93处,所有材料被分为6个大类群,8个亚类;品质性状聚类分析中,供试品种在遗传距离3.98处可被分为5个大类.结论]供试小麦品种间存在较广泛的遗传多样性.

Abstract:【Objective】The research aimed to understand the genetic basis of 82 spring wheat germplasm resource.【Method】This paper determined 8 agronomic characters and 6 quality characters of 82 shares of spring wheat,and made statistical and cluster analysis of test results.【Result】Diversity index of agronomic characters was from 0.900 to 0.814,coefficient of variability was from 11.21% to 30.82%,diversity index of quality characters was from 0.709 to 0.878,coefficient of variability was from 38.06% to 8.53%;basing on the cluster analysis of agronomic characters at 3.93,all the provided materials were grouped into 6 main classes and 8 subclasses.They were grouped into 5 main classes basing on the cluster analysis of quality characters at 3.98.【Conclusion】The results indicated that there existed more extensive genetic diversity between provided wheat varieties.
