| 摘 要： | 探讨了绿色木霉菌对棉花黄萎病菌的拮抗作用及其作用机制,结果表明:绿色木霉·烯酰吗啉水分散片剂对棉花黄萎病有良好的防治效果,处理剂量300～600倍液,对棉花黄萎病的防效达88%～97%,对供试作物安全.

| Abstract: | This article explored the possible antagonistic effects of Trichoderma viride on Verticillium dahiae Kleb and their mechanisms by the means of confrontation culturing,mechanistic study of bacterial interactions and evaluating the effect of antagonistic media on the growth of Verticillium dahiae Kleb.Trichoderma viride·Dimethomorph water-dispersible tablet provided good control of Verticillium dahiae Kleb in laboratory and field experiments.Application rates were 300 to 600 times.Verticillium dahiae Kleb control ranged from 88 to 97%.And no crop injury was observed. |
