| 摘 要： | 28个灵芝菌株栽培特性比较研究结果表明，灵芝子实体浸出液和木屑浸出液对灵芝母种的生长均有促进作用；新6、K6、902、信州、18、韩1等菌株对绿色木霉具强拮抗作用；8、新6、6、12、13、18、19、韩1、韩3具良好的综合栽培性状，生长周期短，子实体形态好，产量高，产孢量大。

| Abstract: | The cultivation characteristics and spore-producing characters of 28 Ganoderma lucidum strains were compared. The results showed that the extract of G.lucidum fruitbodies and sawdust would stimulate the growth of G.lucidum mother cultures,that strains Xin 6, K 6, 902, Xingzhou,18 and Han 1 were provided with strong resistance to T.viride, and that strains 8, Xin 6, 6, 12, 13, 18, 19, Han 1 and Han 3, with shorter growth period, fine fruitbody morphology, relatively high yield and spore-producing ability, had good comprehensive cultivation characteristics. |
