| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨微波法提取益母草中总生物碱的效果并确定其最佳工作参数。方法]以常规的回流提取法作为对照，利用微波加热技术对益母草中总生物碱进行微波提取，研究料液比、微波提取时间、微波提取功率等因素对提取效果的影响，确定最佳的提取条件。结果]微波时间为8min，微波功率为616w时，基本可以提取完全。微波提取的料液比约为1：15，从安全性能角度考虑，选择3g样品加入50ml提取荆的比例进行微波提取效果比较理想。结论]该方法作为一种新的中药有效成分提取方法，具有良好的重复性和较好的精密度和准确度，有着广泛的发展前景。
