摘    要:随着低压管道输水灌溉的发展,各地对管材的研究不少。本文内容着重于HPVC薄壁管方面,通过对这种管材的性能测试,提出了减薄壁厚的设计依据,并与厂家合作试制了三种规格的管材(壁厚2mm、φ110mm、φ125mm、φ160mm),进而对管土系统承载能力进行较细的测试分析,提出了在应用施工中应注意的问题。


The Testing of the Characteristics of Thin-walled HPVC Pipes and the Analysis of the Loading Capacity of the Pipe-earth System
Abstract:Going along with the development of diverting water through low-pressured pipes, quite many studies on the materials for such kind of pipes have been made somewhere. Through the testings of the characteristics of these pipe materials, it has put out in this paper the basis for designing to decrease the thickness of the pipe walls. Three types of pipes have been manufactured under the collaboration with some factories wall thicknesses are 2 mm; 110 mm, 125 mm, and 160mm). A rather detailed testing and analysis have thus been taken on the loading capacity of the pipe-earth systems and several questions upon the practical construction to be aware of were also proposed.
