甲氨基阿维菌素与阿维菌素对5种农业害虫的毒力测定

摘    要:采用浸渍法、饲料混药法和药膜法分别测定了甲氨基阿维菌素与阿维菌素对棉铃虫、杂拟谷盗、斑潜蝇、棉红蜘蛛、蚜虫等 5种重要农业害虫的毒力。结果表明 :甲氨基阿维菌素对棉铃虫的毒力均高于阿维菌素。饲料混药法测定 ,甲氨基阿维菌素对菊酯类杀虫剂敏感的棉铃虫毒力分别是阿维菌素的 2 .0 (初孵幼虫 )、3.6(三龄幼虫 )和 8.4(四龄幼虫 )倍 (LC50 比 ) ;浸渍法测定 ,甲氨基阿维菌素分别是阿维菌素的 78.5 (卵 )、2 5 .9(二龄幼虫 )和 3.7(三龄幼虫 )倍。甲氨基阿维菌素对菊酯类抗性棉铃虫毒力分别是阿维菌素的 2 5 .5 (二龄幼虫 )和 3.9倍 (三龄幼虫 )。甲氨基阿维菌素对蚜虫、斑潜蝇幼虫、棉红蜘蛛的毒力分别是阿维菌素的 1 .9(甘蓝蚜 )、2 .4(棉蚜 )、2 .7(桃蚜 )、5 .7(斑潜蝇幼虫 )和 3.6(棉红蜘蛛 )倍。阿维菌素对斑潜蝇成虫触杀毒力是甲氨基阿维菌素的 37.1倍。甲氨基阿维菌素对杂拟谷盗毒力高于阿维菌素 ,但二者都没有辛硫磷效果好

Abstract:The toxicities of emamectin benzoate and abamectin to five agricultural pests including cotton bollworm(Heliothis armigera Hübner),Liriomyza satirae Blanchard, two spotted mite(Tetranychus urticae Koch), confused flour beetle(Tribolium confusum Jacquelindu),aphids(Aphis gossypii Glover,Breuicoryae brassicae Linnaeus,Myzus persicae Sulzer), were tested with dipping, diet-incorperation or filter paper residue bioassay.The results showed that emamectin benzoate was more toxic than Abamectin to cotton bollworm with the LC 50 value ratio being 2.0(neonate), 3.6(third instar larvae)),8.4 fold (fourth instar larvae) by diet-incorperation bioassay and 78.5(eggs),25.9(second instar larvae) and 3.7 fold (third instar larvae) by insect dipped bioassay. Emamectin benzoate was also more toxic than abamectin to the aphids,the larvae of Liriomyza satirae Blanchard and the two spotted mite with the LC 50 value ratio being 1.9(cabbage aphid), 2.4(cotton aphid), 2.7 fold (green peach aphid), 5.7(Liriomyza satirae Blanchard), and 3.6(two spotted mite) fold respectively. But abamectin was more toxic than emamectin benzoate to the adult of Liriomyza satirae Blanchard with the LC 50 value ratio being 37.1 fold.The toxicity of Emamectin benzoate and abamectin to confused flour beetle was lower than that of phoxim by filter paper residue bioassay.
