| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法对圆形纸色谱法的可靠性进行了研究。结果表明:该方法可靠性差,特别是含量较低的儿茶素组分分析误差大,不能完全反映其真实状况,但其总量测定具有一定的准确性。该方法对于严格的科研检测存在着较大的局限性。
