西瓜枯萎病菌生理小种鉴定技术体系的建立和验证

摘    要:在已有的研究结果基础上,建立了一套西瓜枯萎病菌生理小种鉴定技术体系,并进行验证。结果表明:采用该鉴定技术体系,可以准确鉴定和区分出尖孢镰刀菌西瓜专化型生理小种0、1和2,可用于西瓜枯萎病菌生理小种分化与致病性测定,以及抗枯萎病种质资源和品种的筛选鉴定。

Abstract:In order to get consistent reproducible results, the system for identifying physiologic races of Fusarium oxyporum f. sp. niveum(FON)is suggested, in which the important factors influencing the results were determined based on the previous study results. The test was conducted and demonstrated that physiologic race 0, 1, and 2 of FON could be identified according to the system. It indicates that the system can be used as standards for identifying a physiologic race of FON. The system can also be used for conducting studies on physiologic race differentiation or pathogenicity of FON, and for screening watermelon breeding material for resistance to Fusarium wilt.
