茉莉酸甲酯对自然干旱条件下菊花扦插苗生理指标的影响

摘    要:以菊花'夏黄’扦插苗为试材,研究了自然干旱条件下,叶面喷施茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)对菊花扦插苗抗旱相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,1 mg·L-1MJ处理使菊花扦插苗叶片含水量升高,叶绿素含量在处理8 - 12 d显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低;处理第12天,脯氨酸含量显著高于对照,达2.7 mg·L-1,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别比对照高29.6%和70.5%。各处理相比,在生根扦插苗移植前4 - 8 d,喷施1 mg·L<
