| 摘 要： | 以杭茄2010为接穗,分别嫁接托鲁巴姆、惠美砧霸、托托斯加、茄砧1号4个砧木品种,以茄子自根苗为对照(CK),研究了不同砧木嫁接对茄子成活率、生长发育及产量的影响。试验结果表明,以托鲁巴姆作砧木嫁接茄子具有极高的亲和性,嫁接存活率高;植株生长势强,且产量大幅提高,综合性状优于其他砧木,托鲁巴姆适宜作为当地茄子嫁接砧木进行推广应用。

| Abstract: | Taking Hangqie 2010 as the scion,four rootstock cultivars including Solanum torvum,Huimei Anvil,Totosga and Qiezhen No.1 were grafted,and the own-rooted seedlings of Hangqie 2010 were used as the control treatment(CK)to study the effects of different rootstocks grafting on the survival rate,growth and yield of eggplant.The results showed that the eggplant grafted with S.torvum had very high affinity and high grafting survival rate.The plant had strong growth potential and a substantial increase in yield,and its comprehensive traits were superior to the eggplants grafted with other rootstocks.S.torvum was suitable for popularization and application as a grafting rootstock of local eggplant. |
