辣椒吸收富集镉研究进展

摘    要:镉作为重金属污染主要元素之首,具有极高生物毒性,且能在土壤—作物—人循环系统中快速转移。辣椒是人们喜食的蔬菜之一,且具有较强的吸收和富集镉能力。本研究通过对镉在土壤中的存在形态、镉在辣椒品种间以及辣椒不同器官的富集差异、镉对辣椒理化性状的影响、外源物质对辣椒吸收富集镉的调控4个方面进行了探讨和概述,并提出目前研究中存在的一些问题和展望,旨在为辣椒安全生产和下一步的研究方向提供参考依据。

Research Advance on Cadmium Absorption and Enrichment in Capsicum annuum L.

Abstract:As a major element of heavy metal pollution,cadmium has extremely high biological toxicity and can be transferred rapidly in the soil-crop-people system.As a vegetable people like eating,pepper has strong ability to absorb and enrich cadmium.In this study,the existing form of cadmium in the soil,enrichment differences of cadmium in pepper cultivars and different organs of pepper,influence of cadmium on the physical chemical properties of pepper,and regulation of exogenous substances on the absorption and enrichment of cadmium in pepper were discussed and summarized.Some problems in current research and prospects were put forward in order to provide the reference basis for the safe production of peppers and the next research direction.
