摘    要:以白背毛木耳43013号为试验材料,研究不同树种木屑及添加料、栽培料粒径、木屑预处理方式对木耳菌丝生长、栽培料降解率以及毛木耳农艺性状、产质量等指标的影响。结果表明,适当提高栽培料粒径,有利于降低栽培料碳氮比、促进菌丝生长;适当提高耳袋含水率,有利于提高栽培毛木耳的生物学效率;油桐木屑栽培毛木耳的综合效果优于尾巨桉木屑,淋洗措施对栽培效果影响不大;Topsis分析表明尾巨桉采用粗细混合木屑、无需预先对木屑淋洗,栽培毛木耳综合效果最好。

Abstract:Auricularia polytricha 43013 was used as experimental material,we studied growth rate of mycelial,degradation rate of planting materials,agronomic characters,yield and quality of Auricularia with different tree specials,particle size and pretreatment sawdust.The results showed that moderate increase size of cultivated material can reduce C/N ratio and promote mycelial growth.Properly increase the moisture content of cultivation bag can improve the biological efficiency of cultivation.The comprehensive effect of cultivation with sawdust of Vernicia fordii was better than Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis.Sawdust leaching had little effect on Auricularia cultivation.The Topsis analysis showed that the best cultivation material was mixed sawdust without washing in advance of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis.
