| 摘 要： | 富平九眼莲原种引自苏州野莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.ssp.nucifera),历经2200 a以上驯化栽培,已成为富平县特色农产品。其地下茎修长洁白、品质优异,列为西汉以后历代王朝贡品,其传播可能极大地促进了中国古代莲藕产业的发展壮大。在现代,富平九眼莲也因其悠久的历史文化、优良的外观和口感品质,获得了诸多荣誉。但其产业发展仍存在诸多不足之处亟待加强。本文以一孔之见,探讨了富平九眼莲产业的发展历史与现状、后续发展的价值,提出了后续亟待加强的举措建议,供同行参考。

| Abstract: | The native species of Fuping nine rhizome-hole lotus(FNHL)was derived from wild lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.ssp.nucifera)from Suzhou.After more than 2200 years of domestication and cultivation,it has become a characteristic agricultural product of Fuping county.Its rhizome was white,long and thin with excellent quality,which was tribute of all dynasties after the Western Han Dynasty,and the spread of FNHL might greatly promote the extension of lotus industry in ancient China.In modern society,FNHL won many honors due to its long history and culture,excellent appearance and good flavor.However,the FNHL industry has many shortcomings which are urgent to be strengthened.This paper discussed the development history and status of FNHL industry,its follow-up development value,and put forward some suggestions for reference. |
