凤尾菇的阳畦栽培试验

摘    要:为了探索凤尾菇(PLeurotus Sajor—Caju)室外栽培的方法和生育条件,以及不同原料添加辅料对菌丝生长和产菇量的影响,1982年和1983年,我们进行了凤尾菇的阳畦栽培研究。研究结果表明:室外阳畦栽培凤尾菇,不但简便易行,投资少,效益大,而且是大面积推广凤尾菇栽培的一种好方法;用破籽棉、木屑和麦秆草栽培凤尾菇都能成功,但麦秆草的产菇量低,经济效果差;在不同原料的配比试验中,以破籽棉加入3%饼粉,生物效率为96%以上,经济效果最佳。


A STUDY ON THE CULTIVATION OF PHOENIX MUSHROOM IN OPEN AIR BED METHOD
Abstract:In order to find out a proper method its favorable conditions for mushroom to grow in the open air, and also to know the effects of different portions of the compost on the growth of mushroom. an extensive research of open air bed method in mushroom cultivation was made in 1982 and 1983. The results show that open air bed method in mushroom cultivation is not only a simple, economical, effeotive method but also a practical one for popularizing mushroom on a large scale, Cotton waste, (a waste mixture of cotton waste and broken cotton seeds left in the process of cotton) sawdust and wheat straw can be used in open air method. Wheat straw, however, is not a good material, it gives lower production. Amixture of cotton waste and 3% cake powder is a desirable material, it gives best economical result in our test, biological efficiency beimore than 96%.
