摘    要:选择阿克苏地区主栽核桃品种温185和新新2的1 a 生和2 a 生枝条为材料,对其进行不同低温和低温持续时间处理,采用电导法配合水培观察比较,旨在探讨两种核桃品种的抗寒性.结果表明,随处理温度的降低,核桃品种温185和新新2的1 a 生枝条电解质透出率明显增高,温185与新新2的2 a 生枝条在温度-27℃时电解质渗出率明显增高.温185核桃枝条的电解质透出率4于新新2.在水培法恢复生长试验中,温185枝条在-18℃处理时全部成活,-27℃时温185枝条全部死亡,新新2枝条在-15℃处理时全部成活,-24℃时全部死亡,核桃品种温185枝条的萌芽率大于新新2.核桃品种温185枝条抗寒性强于新新2.

Abstract:The annual and biennual branches of the main cultivar walnuts Wen 185 and Xinxin 2 were used as experimental materials,which were treated with different low temperature and low temperature duration,and the conductance method with hydroponic observation and comparison were used to be ana-lyzed,in order to discuss resistance to coldness of the two walnut varieties.The results showed that the leakage ratio of electrolyte of annual branches of walnut varieties Wen 185 and Xinxin 2 significantly in-creased,with processing temperature reducing.When temperature was at -27 ℃,leakage ratio of electro-lyte of walnut branches Wen 185 and Xinxin 2 significantly increased.The leakage tatio of electrolyte of Wen 185 walnut branches was smaller than that of Xinxin 2.In the hydroponic experiment,when tempera-ture was at -18 ℃,the walnut branches of Wen 185 had all survived;when temperature was at -27℃, Wen 185 had all died;Xinxin 2 had all survived,when temperature was at -15 ℃,but at -24 ℃,they had all died.The germination rate of walnut variety Wen 185 was higher than that of Xinxin 2.The resistance to coldness of branches of walnut variety Wen 185 was stronger than that of Xinxin 2.
