阿月浑子组织培养技术研究进展

摘    要:阿月浑子是在中国干旱和半干旱地区极有发展潜力的坚果树种。由于阿月浑子很难扦插繁殖,在生产上普遍采用嫁接法繁殖,但砧木和接穗间存在不亲和性问题,常导致嫁接成活率低,因此,微繁有可能发展为一种更为有效的大量繁殖阿月浑子的方法。笔者综述了阿月浑子组织培养中有关外植体选择、不同阶段培养基和培养条件,激素和添加剂的种类和配比等方面的研究工作,并进一步分析了限制阿月浑子组培成功的污染严重、易褐变、茎尖枯死等主要问题。

Abstract:Pistachio is a potential nut crop in the drought and semi-drought region of China.Because pistachio is difficulty to be propagated by cutting, grafting propagation was a main method commonly used in commercial production,however,incompatibility between rootstock and scion is still problematic and brought frequently low survive rate.Micropropation could be developed as a more effective method for cloning and mass propagation of pistachio. The paper reviewed the tissure culture of pistachio in explant selection, culture medium and culture condition in different stage, regulator and supplement etc, and further analysed the main obstacles such as severe contamination,rapid browning of explant and necrosis of stem tip during the tissue culture of pistachio.
